Non-Profits Raise Funds
T-Wa Inn has been a long
standing and philanthropic member of the Southwest Denver community
for over 25 years. Outside of providing fine Asian cuisine along
with friendly service at a great value, an ongoing commitment to the
community is a major focus of our mission. We are blessed to be a
part of the community and throughout our history we have provided
tens of thousands of dollars in the form of direct donations to
local charities, schools and governmental agencies. In an effort to
expand this commitment, we have developed a fun and simple way for
non-profits to raise funds in our goal to help as many organizations
in the community as possible. We are proud to announce three new
fundraising plans:
Catered Fundraising Dinner
This option is a great way to bring schools,
churches, or other non-profit organizations together to share a meal
and raise money for their cause at the same time. Here’s how it
works.
T-Wa Inn will:
Help you select a dinner menu for your organization’s event
Provide a discounted per person rate.
Provide customer sign up forms and flyer templates on our
web site.
Deliver, set-up, and replenish the buffet during the dinner.
Your organization will:
Determine a date and location to hold a fundraising event.
Note: Your facility needs to have tables and running water
to
have an event. Indoor locations are recommended.
Contact us at (303-922-2378) to reserve the date.
Set the price for this dinner.
Promote the fundraising dinner among your members.
Finalize the final headcount five (5) days prior to the event
and call us at (303-922-2378).
Keep the difference between the price of the dinner and
the cost.
Gift Certificate Sales
This program is popular and successful because
it is so simple.
T-Wa Inn will:
Offer gift certificates at a 10 percent
discount.
Provide families with a wholesome, delicious meal.
Your organization will:
Contact us at (303-922-2378)
Purchases gift certificates at a discount.
Sell gift certificates at the full face value.
Keep the difference.
Restaurant Fundraising Night
Parents are busy people. We know. After all,
we have kids, too. That’s how we got the idea for our Fundraising
Night. Here’s how it works.
T-Wa Inn will:
Donate 15 percent of all sales (pre-tax) from 4p.m. to 9p.m.
the night of your event to your organization.
Send fundraiser checks 2-4 weeks after the Fundraiser
event takes place.
Provide customized flyers and sign up forms on our web site.
Your organization will:
Go to our website and fill out our fundraising form.
Head to T-Wa Inn to turn in your fundraising form and finalize
the date.
Publicize your event with members of your organization.
Provide reminders and tickets to your guests.
Remind members to visit T-Wa Inn on the agreed upon date
between 4p.m. and 9p.m. and hand the server their event
ticket when ordering.
Fundraising Made Simple
T-Wa Inn’s food is made with wholesome,
natural ingredients. It’s the kind of food you would find at a fine
Vietnamese restaurant.
Now you can use this food to raise money for your organization and
answer the question: What’s for dinner?
T-Wa Inn provides a variety of ways to help your organization raise
funds. A tax identification number is required for your organization
to participate.
